专利说明:
2 U.S. Patent 7, 101, 357 B2 of September 5, 2006 discloses a disposable collection bag without the possibility of reuse. The possibility of closure and hygienic handling is completely lacking. U.S. Patent 5, 593, 397, issued January 14, 1997, discloses a collection bag of a traditional model. The bag has no possibility of being "emptied and reused on site". Sealing option after use is completely missing. There is also no possibility to remove it in a hygienic way. U.S. Patent 4,445,889, issued May 1, 1984, discloses a collection bag of a similar model having the same drawbacks as the foregoing. All these collection bags use a fastening adhesive of the traditional type. Thus, in order to prevent accidental loosening of the collection bag, an adhesive / binder is used which is relatively difficult to remove without the patient feeling great discomfort. SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION A collection bag for patients with fecal incontinence, according to the present invention, has for its object to provide a simple, sealable and rinseable bag for daily use or for one day use. The bag enables drying and application of skin care products to the patient. The elongate collection bag is designed so that it can be used by both sexes. It can also be used for urinary incontinence after minor shape adjustments. After use, the collection bag can be easily closed, and in a hygienic manner handled for either destruction or reuse. The photosensitive adhesive used in the invention makes it possible, after illumination thereof, to painlessly remove the collection bag from the patient's body. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION None of the collection bag described in the invention obviates the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art. The collection bag described in the invention comprises a slotted, adhesive-coated fastening top. The attachment top is joined to the elongate and funnel-shaped collection bag. The bag ends with an upside-down funnel-like finish. The slotted attachment top is connected via a strip of suitable length, with a lid of corresponding size (not slotted), intended for closing the slotted top. The top, the connecting strip and the lid are equipped with ducts for water rinsing, hot air blowing and application of skin ointment. On the periphery of the slotted attachment tip, a skin-friendly adhesive is applied, the task of which is to create an effective seal around the rectal opening. The adhesive used in this invention consists of a photosensitive adhesive / glue which after exposure loses its ability to adhere and then releases the bag from the skin without pain and without smudges. The lid is provided with an adhesive of a skin-friendly type, with a slightly lower adhesiveness. The lid is used to close the slotted top, to enable hygienic and infection-proof transport of the collection bag. Another object of the invention is to provide a collection bag which can be fixed to the body. The bag's design, compliance and flexibility make it sticky for the time it is used, without the patient having to be exposed to pain or discomfort during use or removal. Other distinguishing features are that the collection bag is provided with ducts for water rinsing, hot air blowing and application of skin ointment. The water rinsing duct is also used for odorless gas venting, using an odor removal filter. 4 Furthermore, the purpose of the invention is to provide a general bag in which the slotted attachment top will automatically fit both male and female patients without any correction. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in more detail by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows in perspective the funnel-shaped collection bag with its support member and the closure at the bottom, with its plastic clip, and the top closed with its lid. PREFERRED DESIGN OPTIONS In the following, the preferred embodiment of the collection bag according to the invention will be described, initially with reference to Fig. 1. Although the text below refers to the collection bag for fecal incontinence, it will be appreciated that the invention also relates to the bag for urinary incontinence. Fig. 1 shows the collection bag for fecal / urine collection in position, after the bag has been removed from the patient. The bag 1 is tightly closed with the lid 8. The strip between the top of the bag and the lid 3 or 7 of the bag automatically forms a carrying handle for easy and smooth removal of the bag for emptying and possible restoration of the bag for recycling. 6 When emptying the contents of the already used bag, proceed by connecting the funnel-like bottom 12 of the bag to the cone OFF of the external emptying hose. The emptying hose is connected to a closed emptying container. The plastic clip K on the bottom of the bag is removed and also the deodorizing filter F is removed. In the funnel-connected channel opening 91 of the filter, water line VL is connected where rinsing water is supplied. The rinsing water may contain disinfectant. After rinsing, a hot air hose for drying the bag and skin can be connected in the same duct opening. The above process can be multiplied and can involve emptying your bags at the same time. The healthcare staff's exposure to odors and dirt, etc. is minimized and the risk of infection is completely eliminated when handled correctly. Fig. 2 shows a drawing in perspective, the bag with the slotted top 5, the carrying strip 3 and the lid 4 in the open position, before the bag is applied to the patient for use. The collection bag in this case shows the simplest embodiment of the invention, namely the bag without rinsing channels. The drawing also shows the end of the bag with the upside down funnel 12. The funnel 12 allows close connection to the emptying hose OFF or the water line VL. In the funnel 12, a smaller pin S of a sponge-like plastic with completely closed air / gas cells is first passed, and then the funnel-like end 12 is folded up and then the plastic clip K is applied so that it clamps over the sponge and forms a completely tight closure. Fig. 3 shows how the plastic clip is applied to the plastic bag. Fig. 3 also shows the pleated portions 13 of the collection bag which are produced by means of welding / gluing the plastic sides 1 of the collection bag via the welding / gluing surfaces 11 illustrated in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The special design of the collection bag enables the bag to be folded 180 degrees in the patient's forward and backward directions, respectively. The above property further enables the bag to be used both with the lid 4 or the lid 8 glued to the patient's back. The same lid can be glued to the abdomen, as shown in Fig. 19 for the man and in Fig. 20 for the woman. The lid glued to the back occurs where the care staff serves the patient, see Fig. 18. The lid glued to the stomach is used when the patient himself can and wants to empty his fecal / urine bag. Fig. 6 shows the components of the collection bag. The bag is formed by two flat sheets 1- made of suitable thermoplastic film and whose outer portions 11 are heat-sealed / welded or glued to each other and to the periphery of the slotted top 2. The top 2 has been provided with slots 5 and is connected, via the carrier strip 3 to the cover 4. The bag designed according to this method is suitable for one-day use. It can be easily sealed, transported and rinsed for later reuse, after the appropriate glue on the top 2 and possibly on the lid 4 has been replaced. The collection bag in Fig. 6 shows the same bag but where the top of the bag has instead been provided with an extra and identical sheet 6, carrier strip 7 and lid 8 which is sealed / welded or glued to the previous sheet 2,3 and 4 according to Fig. 8. By connecting sheets 2,3,4 with sheets 5,7,8 along the dashed lines (shown in Fig. 8), a rinsing channel 9 with the conical connection 91 and a lubrication channel 10 with its conical connection 101 are formed. Both channels extend around the top fl ices 5. Channel 10 can, via the openings 102, distribute appropriate skin ointment after rinsing. Channel 9 ends with the openings 53 which in their outer edge 52 are spot welded / glued to sheets 2. The sheets 6,7,8 are provided with identical 5 sheets 5 which, in their periphery 51, are heat-sealed / welded / glued with fl sheets on sheet 2. Fig. 9 shows section 1-1 through a tab in unaffected condition. Fig. 10 shows sections 12-12 of the same fl ik when rinsing. When the water flows via channel 9 towards the self-closing fl iken 5, the water pressure will open the 53 iken opening 53 so that the water flows towards the skin and in this way thoroughly rinse the patient. After rinsing, hot air is supplied via the same channel 9 and thus the patient is dried. Via channel 10 and the openings 102, skin ointment can then be applied to the patient. 8 The above procedure allows the patient to use the same collection bag during your days. Fig. 7 shows an alternative design of the top of the collection bag, more specifically that the top 61 has been supplemented with a further slotted top 63. The sheets 61,7, 8 are provided with an opening 62 which is covered with a slotted top 63. Fig. 12 shows the slotted top 63 from above. The flaps on the top 63 are similar to the edges on the top 2,3,4 and its edges 51 are heat sealed / welded or glued to each other. The top 63 is fixed via points 54 towards the lid 61. The opening of the top 62 is fixed via points 52 fixed to the top 2 shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14. The above urer gures also show a light blocking sheet 13 pasted on the underside of the top plate 2. The sheet 13 has the task of protecting the light-sensitive adhesive applied to the top plate 2 or the top plate 6. Before removing the collection bag from the patient, first remove the light-covering sheet 13 from the underside of the top 2. Thereafter, the skin-adhering and attached surface of the top 2 or the top 6 is illuminated with a suitable light source for a few seconds after which the collection bag will come off painlessly and can then be sealed with the lid 4 or the lid 8. Fig. 13 and Fig. 14 also show a sheet 14 which may be full-covering, or alternatively divided into smaller portions, constituting adhesive protection on the top 6, the carrier strip 7 and the lid 8. The sheet 14 is made of a non-transparent material and is coated with wax / silicone or similar coating for easy removal from the above-mentioned adhesive coating on the top, the carrier strip and the lid. Sheet 14 is also applied to the collection bag in the simplest embodiment, where the top 2 carrying strip 3 and the lid 4 end the collection bag. Sheet 14 is also applied to the collection bag with the extra lid 63 in order to keep the glue light-protected. The photosensitive adhesive can also be applied to a separate, annular, sponge-like and transparent sheet 15 on one side and a stronger adhesive on its other side so that the adhesive surfaces on the sheet 2 or the sheet 6 can be replaced very quickly with good adhesion on each top. Sheet 15 is shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 and in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, respectively. When the water / air pressure, via channel 9, affects the self-closing flaps 5, the water jets will be directed via the extra top 63 towards the skin, at the very limit of the glue contact towards the top of the collection bag and the patient's body. The water jets will therefore effectively rinse every corner of the skin surface. After rinsing, the skin is dried using hot air, which is blown via the same water / air duct 9. The dry skin is treated with the skin ointment from the tube T which is distributed via channel 10 and the openings 102. The treatment described above guarantees good, hygienic and healthy treatment of the patient, regardless of whether it is the care staff who take care of all the steps, or the patient himself who performs the steps. The collection bag's slotted fl ikar 5 are so arranged on the top 6 that the bag without correction fits both female and male patients. Fig. 16 shows the affected posterior 5 5 of the collection bag in male patients. Fig. 17 shows the affected front pockets of the collection bag in female patients. Other features of the collection bag are the presence of a replaceable odor removal filter F applied in the conical channel opening 91 of the lid 8. The collection bag can be made of a suitable thermoplastic film or alternatively of laminated film. Since the invention has been described in detail above for the purpose of illustrating the invention and a couple of variants, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many of the above-mentioned details may be varied within the scope of the invention.
